At present, I am preparing another 3-Year Quality Education Perspective Plan for 2014-15, 2015-16 & 2016-17 for Sikkim. While working on this, I am looking back my earlier 3-Year Quality Education Perspective Plan 2010-11, 2011-12 & 2012-13 which was implemented in the State in 2010 to 2013. I am also looking into our accomplishments and failures of the said plan.
